In 2018, husband and wife team, Jarett and Laura Acosta, purchased the former site of Jim and Lillie’s Golf Course and established Boondock Farms as an agri-tourism farm with the original pro shop restored as a farm store selling homemade jams, jellies, and tomato pies as well as handmade candles and soaps.
From 10am – 2 pm today, there will be a vendor festival with self-guided tours of their market garden, animals and hiking trails.
Open Saturdays
April – December, the farm hosts a festival every second Saturday with farmers, artists, seasonal produce, live music and food trucks.
